Shipping & Returns
Every Elara Maison piece is finished by hand and released as a pre-order. Here is what to expect from order to doorstep.
Pre-order timing
Pieces are prepared in small batches. Pre-orders are dispatched within 4–6 weeks of your order date. We will email you as soon as your piece is ready to ship.
Delivery
UK tracked delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch. Free on orders over £250, otherwise £5.
International tracked delivery: 5–10 working days after dispatch. Duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Every piece arrives in signature Elara Maison packaging, ready to gift.
Returns
You may return unworn pieces in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Please contact us first so we can send you return instructions.
For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if the seals and packaging are unopened.
Cancelling a pre-order
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before your piece is dispatched.
Damaged or faulty pieces
If your piece arrives damaged or you notice a fault, tell us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will repair, replace, or refund it.
